Summary: | The invention provides a centrifugal casting method of a ceramic hollow ball/titanium-based composite foam material on the basis of existing casting equipment and processes of titanium metal through simple improvement. The method comprises the steps of firstly manufacturing a casting mould for centrifugal casting according to a casting system of a casting product, then adding ceramic hollow ballsinto the casting mould and fixing the ceramic hollow balls in a corresponding cavity of the casting product in the casting mould to prevent the ceramic hollow balls from entering a filter screen of the casting system; and preheating the casting mould filled with the ceramic hollow balls and the filter screen, then fixing the casting mould on a centrifugal disc through a tool, vacuumizing after thecasting mould is put into a vacuum furnace, starting centrifugal equipment for casting of titanium or titanium alloy molten metal, and obtaining the ceramic hollow ball/titanium-based composite foammaterial through demoulding |
