Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of filtration materials, in particular to a polypropylene-based spunlace non-woven material for filtration and a preparation method and application thereof. The material is prepared form, by mass, polypropylene fiber 50-70% of polypropylene fiber and 30-50% of one or a combination of acrylic fiber, polyester fiber and polyamide fiber. Themethod comprises the steps that 1), the raw materials are mixed in proportion and then carded into uniform fiber webs, then the fiber webs are laid layer by layer, the vertical and horizontal arrangement directions of the fiber are changed in real time in the laying process, and then the laid fiber webs are subjected to longitudinal drafting to obtain layered fiber webs; 2), at least two layers of the layered fiber webs in step (1) are overlapped and then subjected to spunlace reinforcement, and then drying is conducted to obtain the material.
