Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation wallboards, and in particular relates to a mildew-proof and antistatic silicon dioxide aerogel polyurethane composite thermal insulation wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The mildew-proof and antistatic silicon dioxide aerogel polyurethane composite thermal insulation wallboard at least comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1.5 to 5.5 parts of a polyol, 0.7 to 3.1 parts of a quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant, 70 to 100 parts of isocyanate, 60 to 90 parts of polyether polyol, 25 to 50 parts ofsilica aerogel, 5 to 10 parts of carboxybutyl rubber, 0.5 to 0.8 part of a catalyst, 15 to 16 parts of a water foaming agent and 0.1 to 0.2 part of a foam stabilizer. By using the polyol and the quaternary ammonium type cationic surfactant, polyurethane foam has excellent heat preservation performance, high strength, high toughness, waterproofness, mildew resistance and antistatic property.
