Abstract | The invention discloses a development method and application of a molecular marker for rapid screening of the red pulp trait of malus domestica, and belongs to the technical field of agriculture. According to the development method and application of the molecular marker for rapid screening of the red pulp trait of the malus domestica, the F1 isolated populations of varieties of red 3* changfu No.2 of which the promoter sequences of the MYB10 gene are R6R6 and R1R1 respectively are used as research objects, the anthocyanin contents of the ripe pulp of the varieties are determined, a genetic linkage map is constructed, and candidate genes which control the pulp shade trait are identified.
