Abstract | The invention provides the polyurea lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, the polyurea lubricating grease is formed by taking the reaction product of an MDI prepolymer or a TDI prepolymer and an organic amine as a thickening agent and the simethicone and the like as the base oil, and adding an inorganic wear-resistant filler, and comprises the following components of by mass, 40.94%-47.94% of the base oil, 25.38%-32.38% of MDI prepolymer or TDI prepolymer,12.05% to 19.05% of organic amine; 5.65%-9.15% of a high-temperature extreme-pressure lubricating additive, and 1.95%-5.45% of a normal-temperature lubricating additive. In the preparation of the polyurea lubricating grease, the MDI prepolymer or the TDI prepolymer is adopted to replace a TDI (toluene diisocynate) monomer used at present, so that the toxicity of the raw materials is greatly reduced, and the use and transportation processes of the raw materials are more convenient, meanwhile, theprocess of manufacturing |
