Abstract | The invention discloses a high-fluidity ultra-high-strength grouting material for a fabricated socket-and-spigot joint type pier. The grouting material comprises the following components in percentageby weight: 25%-35% of Portland cement, 5%-8% of silica fume, 30%-40% of fine aggregate, 10%-20% of quartz powder, 1%-2% of a water reducing agent, 5%-7% of steel fibers and 5%-7% of water. The fine aggregate in the grouting material adopts a mode that quartz sand is partially or completely replaced by glass sand in an equal-mass mode, so that the high-fluidity ultrahigh-strength grouting materialwith 28d compressive strength reaching 115.7 MPa, breaking strength reaching 21.9 MPa, splitting tensile strength reaching 12.9 MPa and fluidity reaching 370 mm can be prepared.
