Abstract The invention provides a micro-buoyant raft fluid drag reduction and noise reduction skin based on a waveguide mechanism. The micro-buoyant raft fluid drag reduction and noise reduction skin is formedby periodically arranging micro-buoyant raft structures under the skin. Each micro-floating raft structure is composed of an electromagnetic coil and an elastic damping element. Each electromagneticcoil is formed by winding varnished wires on an iron core after processing.
