Abstract | The invention provides a micro-buoyant raft fluid drag reduction and noise reduction skin based on a waveguide mechanism. The micro-buoyant raft fluid drag reduction and noise reduction skin is formedby periodically arranging micro-buoyant raft structures under the skin. Each micro-floating raft structure is composed of an electromagnetic coil and an elastic damping element. Each electromagneticcoil is formed by winding varnished wires on an iron core after processing. According to the invention, a mode of combining the micro-floating raft structures and the magneto-rheological elastomer isadopted, and the intensity of the magnetic field acting on the magneto-rheological elastomer is adjusted by changing the magnitude of the current in the electromagnetic coils, so that the damping andrigidity of the magneto-rheological elastomer are controlled, the resonant frequency of part of the micro-floating raft structures is changed to generate line defects, and a waveguide is formed.
