The underwater unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a body, a double-blade fixed-distance propeller component, a brushless direct current motor component, an electronic speed regulator, a signal transceiver, a controller, a sealing cover, a lithium ion polymer battery and an LED lamp strip, wherein the body is made ofacrylic materials capable of respectively bearing atmospheric pressure in the air and underwater external pressure of 10 bar, the four brushless direct current motors and the double-blade fixed-distance propellers provide power for the body, and the whole body is sealed by polytetrafluoroethylene adhesive and liquid waterproof adhesive tape, so that functions of submergence in the water and flying in the air are realized.
