Abstract | The invention provides a micro-droplet fluorescence detection system and method. The micro-droplet fluorescence detection system comprises: a sample holding unit which is provided with a sample storage part for storing samples to be detected and a spreading channel for forming single-layer spreading on the samples to be detected, wherein the sample storage part is connected to a spreading channelpipeline; a optical imaging unit which is arranged corresponding to the spreading channel and is used for carrying out optical imaging on the samples to be detected in the spreading channel; and a fluid driving unit which is provided with a sample injection agent driving part, wherein the sample injection agent driving part is selectively communicated with the sample storage part and is used for transferring the samples to be detected into the spreading channel from the sample storage part through a sample injection agent in the sample injection agent driving part.
