Abstract | The invention discloses a method for establishing an efficient regeneration system by using tomato leaves. The tomato leaves are used as explants, and an efficient and practical tomato rapid propagation system is successfully established by means of seed treatment, aseptic seedling culture, callus differentiation culture, bud induction differentiation culture, strong seedling culture, rooting culture and domestication and seedling hardening. Therefore, rapid and efficient propagation of tomatoes is achieved. According to the method, the materials are easy to obtain, the operation is simple, the propagation period is short, and the survival rate of the tomatoes can reach 90% or above.
本发明公开了一种利用番茄叶片建立高效再生系统的方法,以番茄叶片为外植体,通过种子处理、无菌苗的培养、愈伤组织分化培养、芽诱导分化培养、壮苗培养、生根培养、驯化炼苗,成功建立起一套高效实用的番茄快繁体系,以实现番茄快速、高效地繁殖。本方法取材容易,操作简单,繁殖周期短,番茄成活率达90%以上。 |
