The invention discloses a blood pressure calculating model establishing method, a wearable monitoring device and a blood pressure measuring method. The blood pressure measuring device comprises a signal detecting unit, an input unit, a data processing unit and a displaying unit. The signal detecting unit is used for detecting an ECG signal and a pulse wave signal of a user. The input unit is used for inputting a user age. The data processing unit processed the detected ECG signal and the pulse signal and calculates a pulse wave transmission time of the user, and calculates the blood pressure of the user by means of the pulse wave transmission time and the age of the user according to a pre-established blood pressure calculating model.
