Abstract | The invention discloses a magnetic suspension bearing system protection device and a detection control method of the protection device. In an existing magnetic suspension bearing, a rotor can deflectpossibly, a protection bearing is usually additionally arranged on the periphery of the rotor for protection, and the protection bearing can be damaged when the rotor deviates too much. According to the protection device, the protection bearing is not used as first-stage protection, a first-stage protection device is additionally arranged in front of the protection bearing, the protection device has soft and self-lubricating characteristics, and a ball bearing is used as second-stage protection.
