Abstract The present invention relates to a compound of an acridine derivate as well as of an organic semiconductor material an organic semiconductor layer, an electronic device comprising the acridine derivative, a device comprising an organic light-emitting diode comprising the acridine derivative, a display device thereof and a method of manufacturing the same.
