Abstract | The invention belongs to measurement devices for real sea area ship resistance tests and particularly relates to a measurement device suitable for a real sea area ship resistance test. The measurementdevice comprises a tension sensor, a dip angle sensor, universal rotating rings, a shackle and other main components, wherein the universal rotating rings at the two ends of the tension sensor can prevent the situation that a ship is out of control due to thread looseness of the tension sensor; the shackle can bring convenience to dismantling of the measurement device and a drag rope; and the angle between the tension direction of the drag rope and the proceeding direction of the ship can be measured through the dip angle sensor. The measurement device is overall installed at a bow/stern of the to-be-detected ship, the to-be-detected ship is pulled through two winches, and a resistance value under each navigation speed in the real sea area ship resistance test can be measured.
