The invention discloses a twisted tube forming device. A lower die is provided with a first forming groove. An upper die is provided with a second forming groove. When the upper die and the lower dieare in the closed sate, the first forming groove and the second forming groove form a cavity. Multiple core balls are in series connection through flexible connecting pieces. The portion, needing to be bent, of a to-be-bent straight tube blank is put into the first forming groove. The multiple core balls are put into the portion, needing to be bent, of the straight tube blank, and subsequently, the upper die and the lower die are closed; the upper die and the lower die apply pressure to the straight tube blank, so that the straight tube blank is bent; and finally, a tube segment, located in the forming cavity, of the straight tube blank abuts against the inner wall of the forming cavity, so that a needed twisted tube is obtained.
