The artificial intelligence multifunctional traffic command robot comprises a fixed base; the fixed base is fixedly installed at the central position of a crossroad; a cuboid fixed station is arranged on the upper surface of the fixed base; the four side surfaces of the cuboid fixed station are respectively provided with a traffic light indicating mechanism; a special vehicle detecting mechanism is arranged on the fixed base, and a special vehicle indicating mechanism is arranged on the fixed base; and lane indicating mechanisms are arranged on four side surfaces of the cuboid fixed station.
