The spindle assembly comprises a lifting assembly,a deflection mechanism and a spindle mechanism; the lifting assembly comprises a lifting plate fixedly connected to the base and a lifting mechanism for driving the lifting plate to ascend and descend, and the lifting plate is located above the clamp device; the deflection mechanism comprises a rotary driving device fixedly connected to the lifting plate and a motor seat in transmission connectionwith the rotary driving device; the spindle mechanism comprises a first driving motor fixedly connected to the motor seat and a grinding wheel shaft in transmission connection to the first driving motor; and the translation mechanism is used for driving the clamp device and the spindle assembly to move relatively horizontally.
