Abstract | The invention relates to a design for increasing the switching speed of a power electronic switching device and application, and belongs to the technical field of design for increasing the switching speed of the power electronic switching device. The invention aims at a switching speed bottleneck of a power electronic power switch (unit piece/module) chip. Conclusions of some common knowledge points are concluded and applied to propose a design scheme. A part of circuit structure is added to the chip concisely, so that the chip works in a set quasi-saturated voltage stabilizing state in a conducting state (later period), the power switch component can obtain breakthrough of the switching speed of the component and improvement of reliability performance, and the application of the power switch component can be further expanded.
