Abstract | The invention discloses a silicon carbide extrusion molding production technology, and belongs to the technical field of processing of silicon carbide. The silicon carbide extrusion molding productiontechnology comprises the following steps of (1) mixing silicon carbide micro powder A with a D50 value of 35-40 [mu]m and silicon carbide micro powder B with a D50 value of 5.5-6.0 [mu]m fully for 10minutes to obtain mixed silicon carbide micro powder; (2) aging slurry for 24 hours after conducting ball-milling on the mixed silicon carbide micro powder; (3) conducting extrusion molding on the slurry; (4) drying a pipe biscuit in the shade and molding the pipe biscuit; (5) drying the pipe biscuit; and (6) conducting high-temperature sintering on the pipe biscuit to obtain a silicon carbide pipe.
