Abstract | The invention provides a mobile payment device and method based on a two-dimensional code and ultrasonic waves. The mobile payment device comprises an S3C6410 core board. An AC97 interface of the S3C6410 core board is connected with a buzzer; wherein a UART1 interface of the S3C6410 core board is connected with the SAM card, an SPI1 interface of the S3C6410 core board is connected with a radio frequency read-write module, and the 4G whole network communication module and the code scanning head are connected with a USB HOST interface of the S3C6410 core board through a USB HUB.
