Abstract The invention provides a device and method for studying plant body wet deposition translocation factors. The device comprises a flower pot, wherein a plant is planted in the flower pot, the flower potis internally provided with soil, the shell of the flower pot is sealed by preservative film, the space defined by the soil and the preservative film is filled with first absorbent cotton, second absorbent cotton is spread at the side, away from the soil, of the preservative film, and the plant penetrates through the first absorbent cotton, the preservative film and the second absorbent cotton. The device and method for studying the plant body wet deposition translocation factors can be used for studying the amount of radionuclides entering the plant body through plant foliar interception during nuclide wet deposition, studying the interception, translocation and transfer behaviors of the radionuclides in the plant body, and obtaining relevant parameters for the evaluation of the consequences of nuclear accidents
