Abstract | The invention discloses a simplified model optimization method based on a scale experiment of a hollow reactor. The method comprises that coils are wound as an original scaled model of the hollow reactor, and radial and axial magnetic field distribution in the surrounding the original scaled model is measured; simplified models prepared from different numbers of circular-ring-shaped current carrying conductors are wound, and radial and axial magnetic field distribution in the surrounding of each simplified model is measured; it needs to be ensured that the current density through the circular-ring-shaped current carrying conductor is the same with that of the original scaled model in the measurement process; a curve in which the radial and axial magnetic induction intensity of the originalscaled model and the simplified models changes with distance is drawn, and an optimal simplified model approaching the magnetic field distribution of the original scaled model most is selected by comparison.
