Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of trollius chinensis health care beverages, and particularly relates to a trollius chinensis health care beverage. The trollius chinensis health care beverage is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 12% of white granulated sugar, 0.025% of essence, 0.1% of citric acid, 0.02% of pectin and 40% of leaching liquid. The trollius chinensis health care beverage is the health care beverage which is produced by taking trollius chinensis as a main raw material supplemented by raw materials such as the white granulated sugar, the citric acid and the pectin; and the trollius chinensis health care beverage is obtained in the mode that the trollius chinensis serves as the main raw material, water is added, extraction and filtering are conducted, filtrate is collected, the filtrate is subjected to flavor blending, and then filling and sterilization are conducted.
