Abstract | The invention discloses an aero-engine actuator cylinder flow intensity testing device. The device comprises a fuel tank, a particle counter, a centrifugal pump, an oil pump motor unit, a heat exchanger, a water chiller, a ball valve, an electric control valve, a flow meter, a pressure sensor, a 2/2-way solenoid valve, an oil filter, a needle valve, a 3/2-way solenoid valve, a temperature sensor,a gas-liquid booster pump, a relief valve, a pneumatic FRL, a precision pressure reducing valve, an energy accumulator. The device has two stations, can perform flow test of two actuator cylinders, can automatically perform pressure regulation and flow reading by a computer, and has simple operation and high test efficiency. In addition, the gas-liquid booster pump replaces a hand pump for intensity testing, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and meets the increasing requirements of test tasks.
