Abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of lithium bis(oxalate) borate. The preparation method comprises the following steps that lithium tetrafluoroborate and bis(trimethylsilyl) oxalate are added to a non-aqueous solvent according to the molar ratio of 1 to (0.5 to 2), a reaction is carried out for 1-30h under a stirring state at a temperature of 0-150 DEG C, and a solid obtained after filtration of reaction liquid is dried to obtain lithium bis(oxalate)borate. According to the preparation method of lithium bis(oxalate) borate, the reaction process is relatively simple, the product yield is higher, and the purity is higher; compared with a solid phase method, the volatilization of oxalic acid during the reaction and the introduction of oxalic acid impurities in a product are reduced; a by-product is mainly gas during the reaction and is easy to recover; and in addition, since lithium bis(oxalate)borate is not dissolved in a solvent, the solvent can be recycled after completion of the reaction.
