The cooling system comprises a collecting tank in which water is stored, a heat exchanger connected to the collecting tank, a chilled water pump connected to the heat exchanger and a freezing device communicated with the chilled water pump, wherein the heat exchanger is further communicated with the shield cooling circulation system and exchanges heat with the shield cooling circulation system through water in the collecting tank; the water in the collecting tank passing throughthe heat exchanger is cooled through the chilled water pump; the freezing device is further communicated with the collecting tank, and the water cooled by the chilled water pump is further cooled through the freezing device and discharged into the collecting tank.
