Abstract | The invention provides a high-performance and multi-principle component alloy tool and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of metal materials and preparation thereof. The chemical formula of multi-principal component alloy is AlCoCuMnNbNi, wherein x is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 1.2, y is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to1.2, and z is greater than or equal to 0.1 and less than or equal to 1.2; and x/(x+y+z+3) is greater than 0.01 and less than 0.30, y/(x+y+z+3) is greater than 0.01 and less than 0.30 and z/(x+y+z+3)is greater than 0.01 and less than 0.30.
