The composite material rear cabin door comprises a rear cabin door body and is characterized by comprising a skin, a skeleton and a mounting seat inside the skeleton which are integrally formed through RTM (resin transfer molding) technology, wherein the skin is in a sandwich structure composed of two layers of fiber reinforced composite materialsand a foam interlayer between the fiber reinforced composite materials and meanwhile is in an outwards swelled curved structure; the skeleton is composed of aluminum alloy pipes and FRP (fiber reinforced plastics) extruded pipes; the mounting seat is in a sandwich structure composed of two layers of hinged aluminum sheathed plates and a hinged steel plate clamped between the hinged aluminum sheathed plates; foam layers are filled between the mounting seat and the skin.
