The method comprises the steps that firstly, the raw materials are prepared according to the copper alloy composition, and then placed in a water-cooled copper crucible in a vacuum chamber, and the vacuum degree is 10<-5>-10<-2> Pa; and secondly, the raw materialsare melted at the conditions that the voltage is 4000-7000 V and the current is 1.4-3.6 A, then subjected to magnetic suspension smelting and purification in a temperature range of 1200 to 1400 DEG Cfor 20 to 30 minutes, and then rapidly cooled to the room temperature in the water-cooled copper crucible to obtain the purified and rapid-cooled copper alloy.
