Abstract The invention relates to the field of new material preparation, and discloses a polymethacrylimide foamable particle rapidly prepared by photo-initiation. Through introducing subsection polymerizationand photo-initiation polymerization, reaction time is greatly shortened, reaction efficiency is improved, and automatic continuous production is realized. Through controlling a thickness of a board within a certain range, and crushing, a crushing yield can be greatly improved.
