Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines and discloses a plant regulating agent for cultivation and regeneration of dendrobium officinale and a preparation methodof the plant regulating agent. The plant regulating agent for cultivation and regeneration of dendrobium officinale comprises the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of bean pulp powder, 6-8 parts of dried distillers' grains, 10-14 parts of chitosan, 2-3 parts of yeast powder, 5-7 parts of dandelion, 5-7 parts of garlic powder, 4-6 parts of elecampane, 1-3 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 1-3 parts of Nantianxiang and 0.2-0.6 part of brassinolide.
