Abstract | The invention discloses waterborne fluorocarbon insulation paint modified by aramid fibers, which includes a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is mainly prepared from waterborne fluorocarbon resin, aramid fibers, a pigment, filler, an additive and water, and the component B mainly is a waterborne isocyanate curing agent. The method includes: 1) dispersing the aramid fibers inwater to obtain waterborne slurry containing short-cut aramid fibers; 2) mixing and uniformly dispersing the pigment, filler and a part of additive to obtain waterborne slurry containing the pigment and filler; 3) mixing the slurry in the step 1) and 2) and adding the waterborne fluorocarbon resin and other additive, and uniformly dispersing the components to prepare the component A; 4) accordingto the ratio, preparing the waterborne isocyanate curing agent as the component B.
