Abstract | The invention relates to a real-time online monitoring device for the bio-availability of ship ballast water. The real-time online monitoring device comprises a flow chamber which is of a rectangularstructure produced from quartz glass, wherein a detection hole is formed in the center of the flow chamber in the central position and is connected with a liquid driving system, a laser source and a light beam formation system are arranged on two sides of the detection hole in the vertical direction, a signal detection, storage and display analysis system is arranged at one end of the flow chamber, and the outputs of the laser source and the light beam formation system are connected with the signal detection, storage and display analysis system.
