The invention discloses a conducting UV wood coating and a preparation method thereof. The conducting UV wood coating is prepared from a preorder coating component and a follow-up coating component. The preorder coating component is a chitosan antibacterial gel and the follow-up coating component is prepared from the following components in percent by mass: an aqueous solution containing 15-20% unsaturated group polyether polyol, an aqueous solution containing 25-30% of unsaturated group polyester polyol, a closed isocyanate crosslinking agent, a defoamer, a vinyl triethoxy ethoxylsilane sealing agent, isopropyl myristate where 10% graphene is dissolved and a mixture extracted from cornu gorais and taking keratin and sterol as a main body. The follow-up coating component is then prepared by carrying out sealing with the vinyl triethoxy ethoxylsilane sealing agent in a saturated manner.
