The invention provides an end cover clamping structure and a plastic packaging motor, and relates to the technical field of plastic packaging, and solves a technical problem that an anti-loosening mode of a plastic packaging motor end cover is not reliable in the prior art. The end cover clamping structure comprises a clamping part (11) disposed on a peripheral side wall (12) of an end cover body(10), and a clamping groove which is disposed on an assembly plane (22) of a stator assembly (2) and the end cover body (10). The clamping part (11) can be clamped in the clamping groove (21) so thatan end cover assembly (1) and the stator assembly (2) form the fixed connection. The structure provided by the invention is used for the assembly of the end cover assembly and the stator assembly of the plastic packaging motor, and the cooperation of the clamping part and the clamping groove enables the end cover assembly and the stator assembly to form the fixed connection, thereby effectively solving a problem of the loo
