The invention discloses a securities research and report analysis method using a depth learning model, which comprises the following steps: receiving the securities research and report to be analyzed;clauses are obtained by clauses in the securities research report; each clause is graded by the first depth learning model to obtain the first score of each clause and the viewpoint class clause is determined based on the first score. Each viewpoint clause is scored by the second depth learning model to get the second score of each viewpoint clause and the industry viewpoint clause is determinedbased on the second score. The third deep learning model is used to score the industry perspective clauses, and the third score is obtained for each industry perspective clauses. The overall emotionaltrends of the securities research report are determined according to the second and third scores of the industry's viewpoint clauses. The invention realizes the analysis of the securities research report by using the intellige
