Abstract | The invention provides a joystick for a pathological microtome, and belongs to the technical field of medical devices. The joystick comprises a joystick body; and a handle lever capable of being controlled to swing front and back (that is in the Y axis) and left and right (that is in the X axis), a handle for allowing an operator to hold with the hand is arranged at the upper end of the handle lever, a return spring capable of enabling the handle lever to automatically return to the middle after operation is completed is arranged between the handle lever and the joystick body, and a dust coveris arranged outside the return spring. The joystick is characterized in that a magnetic steel is arranged at the lower end of the handle lever, a circuit board is arranged in the joystick body, a double-axis Hall sensor U2 and a microprocessor U1 are arranged on the circuit board and connected with each other through the circuit board, and the microprocessor U1 is connected with an external pathological microtome host.
