Abstract | The invention relates to a preparation device of an FRP container. Two rotary main shafts (2) driven by a power mechanism are installed on a support (1), multiple demoulding lifting mechanisms (4) aresheathed on the rotary main shafts (2), shaping molds (3) are sheathed outside the demoulding lifting mechanisms (4), the shaping mold (3) comprises a cylinder body mould and a sealing head ejectionmould (3.2), the cylinder body mould is formed by splicing multiple cylinder body templates (3.1) along an axial splicing seam (3.3) of the cylinder body mould, the top of the cylinder body template (3.1) is an inward arc section, an annular splicing seam (3.4) is formed between the top opening of the cylinder body mould and sealing head ejection mould (3.2), and the cylinder body mould spliced bythe cylinder body templates (3.1) is provided with multiple annular reinforcing bar grooves (3.5). The preparation device of the FRP container can produce FF oil tanks with inner reinforcing bars efficiently and conveniently. |
