Abstract | The invention relates to an ultra-high-strength rack steel rolling method for an ocean platform. Ultra-high-strength rack steel is prepared from the following chemical components by weight percent: 0.14% to 0.21% of C, 0.15% to 0.35% of Si, 0.95% to 1.30% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.035% of P, less than or equal to 0.035% of S, 1.00% to 1.50% of Cr, 1.50% to 2.00 % of Ni, 0.40% to 0.60% of Mo,0.03% to 0.08% of V, less than or equal to 0.15% of Cu, 0.020% to 0.040% of Nb, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The ultra-high-strength rack steel has the thickness of 150-210 mm; theyield strength is greater than or equal to 500 MPa; a rolling process comprises heating, phosphorus removal, rolling, slow cooling and flaw detection; by improving the technical process, the aim of utilizing existing equipment to produce 150-210mm ultra-high-strength rack steel is achieved, the product quality is stable, and the user need can be met.
