Summary: | Machining properties of convex and concave surfaces of quenched steel dies for automobile panels are relatively complex. Milling chatter easily occurs during machining, and aggravates wear of blades and reduces surface machining quality of workpieces accordingly. The invention discloses an indexable annular knife provided with unequally spaced blades. The indexable annular knife comprises an annular clamping groove (1), a cylindrical cutter head (2), a chip guiding groove (3), a fastening and positioning screw (4), annular blades (5) and a cooling liquid channel (6). The indexable annular knife is characterized in that the tapered annular blades are unevenly distributed on the cutter head and spaced unequally, resonance is effectively avoided, noise is reduced, and vibration reduction effect is achieved. By means of the indexable blades, height of the cutting edge line can be changed by replacing the blades. Vibration during cutting can be effectively reduced, the requirement of cutting chips in the high-spee |
