The fireproof pot clay is subjected to high temperature sintering, obtained blank is white, color is bright, the heatproof index is higher than that of common fireproof pot clay, 300 to 400 DEG C quenching-rapid heating test requirements are satisfied, and no cracking is caused. 本发明公开了种耐火锅泥及其制备方法，耐火锅泥所使用的泥料含有的组分及各组分的质量份如下：堇青石10-15份，叶长石15-20份，黑石粉7.5-10份，黑粘泥35-50份，生滑石粉2.5-3.5份，锂辉石5-7份，仙水0.4-0.6份。本发明经高温烧成，坯体白，搭配颜色鲜艳，比普通耐火锅泥耐热指数高，可通过300-400℃急冷急热性能测试，不炸裂。
