Abstract The invention discloses an intelligent paint spraying device and paint spraying method. An operation cavity is connected with a to-be-sprayed workpiece in a sealing mode through a sealing device; a temperature, humidity and air pressure inductive control unit is set and started through a touch control panel; after the environment in the operation cavity reaches the set condition, a manipulator conducts spraying operation according to a track given by an image recognition system; the air pressure in the operation cavity is kept constant while paint spraying operation is conducted; VOC brought by circulating air are continuously filtered by an activated carbon filtration unit, a graphene filtration unit and a UV photodecomposition air purification unit while paint spraying operation is conducted; the VOC concentration is detected by a VOC detection unit in real time while paint spraying operation is conducted, and when the VOC concentration exceeds a VOC concentration set value, the manipulator stops the paint
