Abstract | The purpose of the invention is to provide a novel non-contact power supply device that improves power supply efficiency by reducing magnetic field leakage from a power supply transformer unit, and anelevator using same. A non-contact power supply assembly comprises: a magnetic case 15 made from a magnetic body that is opened on both ends and in which an axial opening is formed along the axial direction; a power receiving coil or a power supplying coil that is disposed inside the magnetic case 15; a power supplying coil or a power receiving coil that is mounted on a support member 17 locatedinside the magnetic case 15 through the axial opening 14 of the magnetic case 15; and an axial opening magnetic plate 20F that is disposed on the support member 17 facing the axial opening 14 so as toblock the magnetic field leakage from the axial opening 14.
