Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of molybdenum disulfide and in particular relates to a comprehensive utilization method for preparing molybdenum disulfide from waste molybdenum slag. Themethod comprises the following steps: drying waste molybdenum slag, and roasting the dried waste molybdenum slag in the presence of an inert gas; reducing the temperature after roasting, and discharging so as to obtain a crude product of molybdenum disulfide; grinding the crude product of the molybdenum disulfide, carrying out acid soaking, namely carrying out acid soaking with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid in sequence, and carrying out aftertreatment after acid soaking, thereby obtaining molybdenum disulfide.
