Abstract The invention discloses a tissue culture and rapid propagation method and device for catalpa bungei and relates to the technical field of agriculture. The device comprises a carbon dioxide generator,culture boxes and an LED lamp tube, wherein a valve for controlling flow velocity of carbon dioxide is arranged at an outlet of the carbon dioxide generator, and the carbon dioxide generator is used for producing, storing and releasing carbon dioxide gas; sugar-free media are arranged in the culture boxes, and the culture boxes are used for inoculated culture of catalpa bungei tissue culture seedlings; an inlet of the valve is connected with an outlet of the carbon dioxide generator, and an outlet of the valve is communicated with gas inlets of the culture boxes through pipes; the LED lamp tube is arranged above the culture boxes and used for irradiating the culture boxes and providing light source for photosynthesis of the catalpa bungei tissue culture seedlings.
