Abstract The invention discloses a microprotein recycling technology. The technology comprises the steps that extracting, freezing, activating and homogenizing are carried out, and finally microprotein servesas a nitrogen source to be involved into the new fermentation process so as to recycle the microprotein. The technology has the advantages that through the processes of extracting, freezing, activating and homogenizing, a microprotein solution of waste gas is converted into a nitrogen source substance high in nutritive value to be involved into the new fermentation process, and therefore the problem of pollution-free treatment of the microprotein solution of the waste gas can be solved, in addition, the cost in the fermentation process is saved, and the dual purposes are achieved. 本发明公开了种菌体回收利用工艺,通过提取、冷冻、活化和均质过程,最终将菌体作为氮源投入到新的发酵过程中去以实现菌体的回收利用。本发明的优点是:经过提取、冷冻、活化和均质过程,将废气的菌体溶液转变成营养价值丰富的氮源物质投入到新的发酵过程中去,既解决了废气菌体溶液的无污染处理问题,又节约了发酵过程中的成本,举两得。
