Abstract | A method for preparing an inorganic aluminium phosphate high-temperature resistant adhesive is disclosed. The method includes mixing ultrafine metal silicon powder, ultrafine mullite powder, ultrafineboron carbide powder, ultrafine silicon carbide powder, and copper oxide micro powder to obtain a mixture; subjecting the mixture to ball milling; adding aluminium hydroxide fine powder into dilutedphosphoric acid to prepare a mixed solution; adding the mixture into the mixed solution to form an adhesive solution; stirring the adhesive solution in a vacuum environment to remove residual gas in the adhesive solution; and the like. The method is advantageous in that the adhesive is used for connection and repairing of various high-temperature resistant engineering materials in high-temperatureenvironments, surface heat insulation protection and antioxidant protection for various high-temperature resistant engineering materials, heat protection system installation and connection, gap position sealing, and the like. |
