Abstract | The invention relates to a kit and detection method for detecting erythrocyte glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. According to the detection method, the enzymatic reaction activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase is detected while the enzymatic reaction activity of an enzyme 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase with a same function is also detected, and the lack of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase can be detected by calculating the ratio of the enzymatic reaction activities of the two enzymes. According to the invention, the test efficiency is greatly increased, and meanwhile, the inaccuratesuction volume of tested samples caused by polycythemia of the patient and the false positive and false negative caused by the factors of anemia, sample hemolysis, cruor, obsolescence, pollution, andthe like, can be eliminated.
