The invention relates to a performance management system based on a fixed-wing aircraft. The system comprises a human-computer interaction module, a processing module, and a storage module; a performance database is pre-stored in the storage module; the processing module calculates or looks up the flight envelope and/or the optimized flight reference data according to the initial performance dataof the aircraft input by the human-computer interaction module.
