Abstract | The invention provides a method for determining the transferring time of steam huff and puff for a heavy oil reservoir. The method comprises the steps that 1, oil reservoir numerical value simulationis utilized to predict the oil production rate of the steam huff and puff period; 2, a dynamic economic evaluation method is utilized to calculate a day-degree net present value in each steam huff andpuff period; 3, a cumulative net present value in each period of steam huff and puff is calculated; 4, cumulative net present values of all periods of steam huff and puff are calculated; 5, cumulative net present values of all periods of steam huff and puff under different transferring daily oil outputs are calculated; and 6, the relationship curve between the different daily oil outputs before transferring and the cumulative net present values is calculated, and a mathematical optimization method is utilized to seek the optimal transferring daily oil output under the maximum cumulative net present value as the transf |
